Ingredients


  • 1 ripe banana

  • 80g of flour (about 4 tablespoons)

  • 30g of rolled oats (about 2 tablespoons)

  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

  • 1/2 packet of baking powder (about 5g)

  • 2 eggs



Recipe


  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

  2. Add the flour, oats, vanilla sugar, baking powder, and eggs. Stir until the batter is well combined and smooth.

  3. Heat a non-stick pan over low heat and melt a generous knob of butter.

  4. Pour small portions of the batter into the pan, forming pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  5. Serve warm with fresh market strawberries and a drizzle of maple syrup to taste.
