Serves: 2
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Resting Time (for dough): 1-1.5 hours
Cook Time: 12-15 minutes

Ingredients
Pizza dought :
250g all-purpose flour (type 45)
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
150ml warm water
1 packet of dry yeast
Toppings :
Provençal tomato sauce
Buffalo mozzarella
Arugula
Red pesto
Fresh basil
Olive oil
Recipe
Mix the warm water and yeast, then let it sit for 15 minutes to activate.
In the meantime, combine the flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the activated yeast mixture and mix well.
Knead the dough by hand for 10 minutes until smooth. Add the olive oil and knead for another 5 minutes.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm, dry place (like an off oven) for 3 hours.
Divide the dough into two portions and stretch each piece with your hands to shape your pizzas.
Tips for Baking: Preheat your oven to its maximum temperature (250–300°C / 480–570°F) with a baking sheet inside to heat up. Once hot, carefully remove the baking sheet, place the pizza directly on it, and bake for about 10 minutes (or less, depending on your oven's heat).
