Recipe
Preparing the Salmon:
Spread the mustard evenly over the salmon fillets.
Season with salt and pepper.
Place lemon slices on top of the fillets.
Cook skin-side down over medium heat until the flesh is just cooked through, about 5–7 minutes depending on thickness.
Making the Herb Sauce:
Mix the chopped dill, parsley, and green olives in a bowl.
Add the olive oil and stir to combine.
Spoon over the cooked salmon just before serving.
Steamed Potatoes with Lemon Yogurt Sauce:
Steam the potatoes until tender.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Serve the potatoes drizzled with the yogurt sauce.
Green Beans with Miso-Soy Sauce:
Sauté the sliced onion in a pan until softened.
Add the green beans and cook for about a minute.
Stir in the soy sauce, miso paste, and smoked paprika.
Cook for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Final Touch:
Plate the salmon with its herb sauce alongside the potatoes and green beans. This dish offers a perfect balance of flavors—tangy, savory, and fresh—all in one delicious meal. Enjoy!
